THE PTT TRIBUTES PROCESS
- First, we hold an initial consultation to discuss your desire and expectations.
- A written proposal will be provided laying out the honoree(s), approximate number of contributors, locations and pricing options and manner in which video will be provided.
- Once the proposal is signed and returned, a down payment will be required and held in an escrow account. We will then forward our Profile Questionnaires to your appointed contact person for completion; after which we will schedule dates, times and locations to conduct interviews.
- After the interviews, PTTTributes will endeavor to have your completed tribute within 60 days. However, our intent is to create the most memorable, professional and poignant Tribute possible and will take as much time as needed to do so.
- Once completed, we will notify the appointed contact at which time balance of payment will be required before releasing.
